Ingredients:

  • Freeze-dried dragon fruit- 1 packet
  • Coconut milk- 1/4 cup
  • Honey- 1/4 cup
  • Water- 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt
 

Instructions: 

  1. Put the freeze-dried dragon fruit in a blender or food processor and blend until it is a powder.
  2. Take a small saucepan and heat the coconut milk, honey, water, and vanilla extract until it boils.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the dragon fruit powder with a pinch of salt.
  4. Place the prepared mixture in the refrigerator and allow it to cool down completely.
  5. Once cooled, process the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Serve the sorbet in chilled bowls and enjoy!
